1.) Close up time! Be sure your pet's photo is taken in a well lit area. Ideally without a filter and in natural lighting.

2.) Close up and head on, showing as much of the ears, head, neck, and chest as possible. This will allow us to get a good crop of your pet's face.

3.) Avoid overhead, overly filtered or blurry photos. We are typically unable to illustrate photos of your pet lying down.

Yes! We offer single and multi-pet portrait options. If you'd like more than one pet in a single artwork, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

We create portraits for all kinds of pets — dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, and more. If it's an animal, we'll create a portrait for you! Please note: at this time we do not create portraits of humans.

We're happy to help with changes to your order as long as you reach out within 30 minutes of placing it. After that window, most changes including address updates may no longer be possible. Please note that changes may result in shipping delays.

We do offer free reviews and we try to accommodate special requests — if your photo won't make the best artwork, we'll reach out to you for a new one. Be sure to review our Image Guidelines for tips on the best photos to submit.
